Inferior Dragons thrive on social media, making us feel inadequate in every possible way. The consequences of listening to them range from anxiety to depression and even suicide. However, there are ways to slay these dragons. Limiting exposure to triggering materials such as unfollowing certain accounts or avoiding the platform altogether is the first step. Focusing on personal attributes rather than perceived weaknesses is another strategy. Adopting a mantra and positive affirmations during meditations can also help.
